Istanbul to Host Strategic Investment Dialogue Strengthening Integration between Turkic States
Investment promotion agency leaders across Turkic States will meet in Istanbul on February 11, 2026, for a focused working session designed to accelerate economic integration and investment flows across the region.
Organized jointly by the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF) and UN ESCAP (the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific), the gathering represents a concrete step forward in transforming regional investment cooperation from concept to action.
Building on Momentum
The Istanbul session aims to advance the work that began in July 2025 to establish the Turkic Investment Promotion Network (TurkIPAnet), following the signed Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation among the Investment Promotion Agencies of the Members of Organization of Turkic States.
This session will bring together senior representatives of IPAs from Turkic States to review a value chain analysis prepared under ESCAP, identify priority value chain-linked investment opportunities, and agree on a set of practical cooperation actions for 2026.
A key focus of the dialogue will be on how these actions can be operationalized through existing cooperation mechanisms, including TurkIPAnet.
Looking Ahead
The Istanbul dialogue aims to produce a clear roadmap for coordinated investment promotion activities that capitalize on the complementary strengths of Turkic States' strategic positions across markets.
