Trade Finance
Trade finance instruments — including letters of credit, pre and post-shipment financing, and trade guarantees designed to facilitate and expand cross-border trade primarily among Turkic member states and with broader international markets.
Establishment Phase (2025–2026): Trade finance instruments are extended exclusively through co-financing or syndicated structures alongside reputable global and regional MDBs, DFIs, and international financial institutions. Standalone trade finance programs commence in the Scaling Phase.
