Equity
Equity and equity-linked instruments deployed progressively: initially through funds-of-funds to build market depth across the Turkic states, expanding into direct equity and hybrid structures (mezzanine and convertible instruments) in growth-stage enterprises and strategic funds, targeting risk-adjusted financial returns alongside measurable development impact.
This instrument is not available during the initial Establishment Phase. Equity investments are scheduled for rollout during the Scaling Phase (2027–2028), following the full integration of TIF’s institutional and governance frameworks.
