TIF President Attended the TCCI Working Group Meeting in Turkistan

On 20 February 2026, in Turkistan, H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, President of the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF) and Mr. Ramil Babayev, General Director of TIF, joined the Special Working Group Meeting of the Turkic Chamber of commerce and industry (TCCI), organized by the Chairmanship of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan (Atameken), the Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan, and the Secretariat of TCC at the Turkestan Khoja Ahmed Yassawi University building.

In the meeting attended also by the Deputy Secretary General of OTS Mr. Merey Mukazhan, the Secretary General of TCCI Mr. Adem Kula, heads and representatives of Chamber of commerce and industry of Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkiye , Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Hungary as well as representatives of the business community of the Turkic states.

President of TIF Baghdad Amreyev noted in his speech that the existing MoU between TIF and TCCI can serve as a direct line between TIF and TCCI in their communications with the Turkic business communities and underlined the important role TCCI can play in deepening the economic integration of the Turkic world.

General Director of TIF, Ramil Babayev, presented the Fund’s investment framework and priorities adopted by TIF Member States, as reflected in the Fund’s Investment Policy and Strategic Roadmap for 2025 to 2030.

Representatives from the Turkestan region, the Organization of Turkic States, the TCCI Secretariat, and the TCCI Women Entrepreneurs Council, along with heads of delegations from TCCI member chambers, also shared their insights, with some participants joining the discussion online.
