President of TIF Attended Makkah Halal Forum 2026

President of Turkic Investment Fund (TIF), H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, attended the Makkah Halal Forum, held on 14–16 February 2026 at the Makkah Chamber Exhibition and Convention Center, under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The forum convened government representatives, business delegations, and sector bodies under the theme “Halal: A Professional Industry,” focusing on strengthening standards, market access, and investment across the halal economy.

The forum featured a conference and an interactive halal exhibition, backed by workshops, closed roundtables, and a B2B matchmaking program, including a session on chambers of commerce and halal sector development.

During the forum President of TIF Baghdad Amreyev attended the Special Session dedicated to the Islamic finance and met industry representatives from TIF Member States, including heads of chambers and commodity exchanges, and relevant public officials. They discussed trade links and investment options across halal value chains in TIF Member States. He also visited the stands of companies from the Turkic States.
