TIF General Director Mr. Ramil Babayev gave an interview to Ms. Nadya Masidlover, Senior Reporter at MandateWire, a Financial Times publication covering institutional investors and asset owners.
During the interview, Mr. Babayev discussed the operationalization of the Turkic Investment Fund, the development of its institutional capacity, its investment strategy, and its approach to treasury management, external asset managers, and advisory support.
Mr. Babayev also highlighted TIF’s existing investment activity across its member countries, including support for private sector and SME financing as well as strategic regional infrastructure that strengthens connectivity and economic integration.
The discussion also covered TIF’s partnership-based approach to investment, including cooperation with international financial institutions and other financial partners to mobilize capital and broaden the Fund’s impact across the Turkic region.
