TIF President Met with the Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance of Türkiye

On 2 October 2025, President of the Turkic Investment Fund and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TIF H.E. Baghdad Amreyev met in Istanbul with the Deputy Minister of Treasury and Finance of the Republic of Türkiye, Mr. Osman Çelik, who also serves as Türkiye’s Alternate Governor on the TIF Board of Governors.

Baghdad Amreyev briefed Deputy Minister Çelik on the Fund’s recent developments in the establishment process of TIF and the commencement of its financial operations.

Deputy Minister Çelik reaffirmed Türkiye’s full support for its goals and activities and emphasized the TIF’s role in promoting economic stability, encouraging investment projects, and strengthening financial cooperation among member states.

The parties also discussed preparations for the upcoming meeting of the TIF Board of Governors and exchanged views on the following steps to ensure the effective launch and smooth implementation of the TIF’s operations.
