TIF President Met with Prof. Dr. Kürşad Zorlu

On 18 August 2026, H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF), met in Ankara with Prof. Dr. Kürşad Zorlu, AK Party Vice Chairman and Head of Relations with Turkic States, and Member of Parliament.

The meeting focused on ways to strengthen economic cooperation among the Turkic states and increase joint investment projects across the region.

The parties exchanged views on opportunities for bilateral and multilateral investment projects involving entrepreneurs from the Turkic states and discussed TIF’s role in supporting such initiatives through financing and cooperation with financial institutions.

H.E. Baghdad Amreyev and Prof. Dr. Zorlu discussed the TIF’s current activities and stressed the importance of closer cooperation between public institutions, financial institutions and the private sector.
