TIF General Director Met with Deputy Director of the Green Energy Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
General Director Mr. Ramil A. Babayev of the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF) held a meeting with Mr. Bakytbek Berdaliev, Deputy Director of the Green Energy Fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. Mr. Babayev was accompanied by Mr. Sanjar Usmanov, Chief Investment Officer; Mr. Mirlan Shatmanov, Risk Manager; Mr. Shabdan Tagaev, Debt Finance Manager; and Mr. Farkhad Ibraev, Operations and Support Function Coordinator.
The discussion covered the Green Energy Fund's mandate in supporting renewable energy and climate-related initiatives in Kyrgyzstan, alongside TIF's mandate, financing instruments, and its commitment to sustainable infrastructure investment across TIF Member States.
The parties noted alignment between their institutional objectives and agreed to maintain dialogue on opportunities for cooperation in support of green energy development across the Turkic world.
