TIF General Director Met with Chairman of the Board of Guarantee Fund OJSC

General Director Mr. Ramil A. Babayev of the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF) held a meeting with Mr. Malik-Aidar Abakirov, Chairman of the Board of Guarantee Fund OJSC. From the Fund, also present at the meeting were Mr. Abdil Tashirov, Head of the Strategic Development Division, and Mr. Suerkul Abdybaly tegin, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Babayev was accompanied by Mr. Sanjar Usmanov, Chief Investment Officer; Mr. Mirlan Shatmanov, Risk Manager; Mr. Shabdan Tagaev, Debt Finance Manager; and Mr. Farkhad Ibraev, Operations and Support Function Coordinator.

The discussion covered the Guarantee Fund's role in supporting access to financing for businesses in the Kyrgyz Republic, alongside TIF's mandate, financing instruments, and its interest in risk-sharing mechanisms that support investment across TIF Member States.

The parties noted strong alignment between their institutional objectives and agreed to maintain dialogue on opportunities for cooperation/
