TIF General Director Met with Chairman of the Board of Eldik Bank

General Director Mr. Ramil A. Babayev of the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF) held a meeting with Mr. Ulanbek Nogaev, Chairman of the Board of Eldik Bank, the national development bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Mr. Babayev was accompanied by Mr. Sanjar Usmanov, Chief Investment Officer; Mr. Mirlan Shatmanov, Risk Manager; Mr. Shabdan Tagaev, Debt Finance Manager; and Mr. Farkhad Ibraev, Operations and Support Function Coordinator.

Eldik Bank was also represented by Mr. Akylbek Turdaliev, First Deputy Chairman of the Board; Mr. Almaz Sazbakov, Managing Director; and Ms. Zhiydegul Saparalieva, Managing Director.

The parties discussed Eldik Bank’s role in lending and green finance in Kyrgyzstan and TIF’s interest in co-financing opportunities across the Turkic world. Both sides agreed to maintain dialogue on future cooperation.
