TIF Delegation Attends 2026 IsDB Group Annual Meetings in Baku

H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF), is participating in the 2026 Annual Meetings of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, held from 16 to 19 June 2026 in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.

The TIF delegation also includes Mr. Ramil A Babayev, General Director; Ms. Betul Sarikaya, Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Sanjar Usmanov, Chief Investment Officer; Mr. Zsolt Csanádi, Chief Legal and Operations Officer; as well as other members of the Fund’s staff.

During the Annual Meetings, the President of TIF attended the Opening Session of the 2026 IsDB Group Annual Meetings, which was held with the participation of H.E. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

On the sidelines of the event, the TIF delegation is conducting a series of bilateral meetings with international development partners, public institutions from IsDB member states, financial institutions, capital market representatives, and private sector stakeholders.

The discussions focus on strengthening cooperation with partners and exploring areas where the Fund can contribute to the development of TIF Member States. Key topics include regional cooperation, development finance, connectivity, and private sector support.

TIF’s participation in the 2026 IsDB Group Annual Meetings reflects the Fund’s continued commitment to building strategic partnerships, expanding its project pipeline, and enhancing cooperation with international financial institutions, government authorities, financial institutions, and private sector partners.
