TIF CIO Participated in the Turkish Infrastructure and Energy Forum

The Turkic Investment Fund (TIF) participated in the “Turkish Infrastructure and Energy Forum”, held on 24th October 2025 in Istanbul. The event brought together leading representatives from public institutions, international financial organizations, and the private sector to discuss investment opportunities and sustainable financing models in Türkiye and the wider region.

During the panel session titled “Investing in Transition – Understanding Investor Requirements”, Mr. Sanjar Usmanov, Chief Investment Officer of TIF, spoke as a panelist. In his remarks, he addressed the key challenges faced by investors in the current environment and outlined the strategic approach of TIF in bridging public and private investment across the Turkic region.

Mr. Usmanov emphasized that like-minded development institutions, including TIF, act as catalysts for cooperation serving as a bridge between public and private capital to translate reform momentum into bankable projects and to make the ongoing economic and energy transition truly investable.

Highlighting the mission and role of TIF in the Turkic world, Mr. Usmanov stated that investing in transition means aligning the language of finance with the realities of transformation and turning opportunity into sustainable impact for our region and beyond.
