TIF Chief Investment Officer Met with Senior Management of Demirbank

Mr. Sanjar Usmanov, Chief Investment Officer of the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF), led a delegation to meet with senior management of Demirbank, one of Kyrgyzstan’s leading commercial banks. The TIF delegation also included Mr. Mirlan Shatmanov, Risk Manager; Mr. Shabdan Tagaev, Debt Finance Manager; and Mr. Farkhad Ibraev, Operations and Support Function Coordinator.

Demirbank was represented by Mr. Aibek Konushbaev, Deputy General Manager, Treasury and Financial Institutions; Ms. Adelia Adykulova, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Ulan Djanbolotov, Corporate and SME Marketing Director; and Ms. Aisuluu Nogoibaeva, Specialist of Financial Institutions.

The parties discussed Demirbank’s lending and trade finance operations and TIF’s interest in partnering with established local institutions. Both sides agreed to remain in contact as discussions progress.
