TIF CFO Participated in the UNCTAD16

The 16th United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD16), held from 20 to 23 October 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland, marked a significant moment in global economic dialogue. Under the theme “Shaping the future: Driving economic transformation for equitable, inclusive and sustainable development,” the conference brought together representatives from over 170 countries, including finance chiefs, international organizations, civil society, and private sector leaders.

Within this high-level setting, the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF) was represented by its Chief Financial Officer, Mrs. Betül Sarıkaya, at the Business Leaders Dialogue titled “Investing in the Future.” on 22 October 2025. This session brought together senior policymakers, business leaders, and multilateral institutions to discuss how global finance can be redirected toward sustainable and inclusive growth. Key topics included mobilizing private capital, enhancing the role of services and the digital economy, and strengthening partnerships for development.

TIF’s participation in UNCTAD16 reflected its commitment to advancing sustainable investment and fostering regional cooperation. By engaging global dialogue, TIF aligns itself with the broader international development agenda and demonstrates its dedication to shaping a more equitable and resilient economic future for the Turkic world.
