President of Turkic Investment Fund Addressed the Second Turkic World Summer School

On 23 June 2025, President of the Turkic Investment Fund, H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, delivered a keynote address at the opening of the Second Turkic World Summer School, organized in Istanbul by the Haydar Aliyev Center for Eurasian Studies of the Ibn Haldun University, in collaboration with other partners.

The Summer School program is focused on strengthening knowledge and professional capacity on key issues related to the Turkic World. Participants include graduate students, researchers, diplomats, and professionals from Turkic states and beyond.

In his remarks, President of TIF Baghdad Amreyev emphasized that the Turkic World has transitioned from a cultural concept to a functioning system of cooperation with institutional depth. He outlined progress in political alignment, economic integration, and cultural convergence. He underscored the important role of Turkic cooperation organizations in advancing common goals and pointed to key moments and progress that show how far the Turkic cooperation process has come.

The President of TIF spoke about the Fund’s key priorities, focusing on practical ways to boost production, improve regional economic ties, and support SMEs. He shared how the Fund is working to attract international co-financing, helping projects grow and succeed over the long term.

TIF President Amreyev called on youth and institutions to maintain momentum. He stressed that building a stronger and more integrated Turkic World requires long-term vision, patient coordination, and active engagement across generations. He invited young participants to take ownership and contribute to a shared future of the Turkic states.
