President of TIF Attended the 41st COMCEC Session

On 3 November 2025, H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, President of the Turkic Investment Fund, took part in the 41st Session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC), held in Istanbul. The meeting was chaired by H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye.

The gathering, held under the theme “Developing Export Strategies in OIC Member Countries,” brought together ministers, deputy ministers, and senior representatives from nearly 50 nations, alongside 26 international institutions. The day began with an opening ceremony, followed by the ministerial meeting and a focused working session.

At the opening ceremony, H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Türkiye, spoke about unity, shared progress, and stronger economic cooperation across the Islamic world. He encouraged OIC member countries to deepen trade relations and support joint initiatives that can help build a more connected and resilient economic space.

H.E. Hissein Brahim Taha, OIC Secretary General, underlined the importance of collaboration and mutual trust in facing global economic challenges, while reaffirming the OIC’s support for joint development efforts.

The 41st Session of COMCEC, which commenced on 1 November 2025, will conclude on 4 November, featuring structured sessions aimed at advancing economic and trade relations among OIC member states.
