CICA Secretary General Visited TIF

On 16 March 2026, H.E. Baghdad Amreyev, President of the Turkic Investment Fund, welcomed H.E. Ambassador Kairat Sarybay, Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), who paid a courtesy visit to the Fund’s Headquarters in Istanbul.

During the meeting, President of the TIF H.E. Amreyev shared with Ambassador Sarybay on the Fund’s current undertakings, the commencement of its financial operations, and the project pipeline currently being developed through co-financing arrangements with major international financial and development institutions.

Ambassador Sarybay briefed President Amreyev about CICA’s recent high-level events and ongoing activities across its various cooperation dimensions. He also provided an overview of his institutions engagement with key stakeholders, Asia’s connectivity dialogue, and emerging business perspectives across the CICA geography.

The parties congratulated each other on the progress achieved in advancing their respective institutional agendas and expressed their readiness to explore collaboration in areas of mutual interest.
