  • Support early-stage capital mobilization efforts by engaging with institutional investors, drawing on practices from peer MDBs.
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of the Fund’s capital-raising efforts, targeting states, private & institutional investors, and IFIs/DFIs.

3. Market Intelligence and Strategy

  • Monitor global and regional market developments, investor sentiment, and macro/sectoral trends to inform capital-raising strategy and timing.
  • Produce concise briefing notes and analytics for Executive Management on relevant transactions, structures, economic/trade statistics and peer benchmarks.
  • Produce analysis, lessons learned, and recommendations to continuously improve engagement approaches.
  • Contribute inputs to the development of country strategies, ensuring capital mobilization efforts support Fund’s priorities.

4. Documentation, Governance and Process Enablement

  • Assist in preparing and updating procedures, internal notes, memos, and submissions for review.
  • Support coordination across Legal, Treasury, Risk, and Operations to ensure complete and compliant documentation and records.

5. Departmental and Logistical Support

  • Coordinate scheduling, briefing materials, and follow-up actions for bilateral meetings, missions, and conferences related to international relations and capital mobilization.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and background/meeting notes for internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of departmental outputs, investor interactions, and partnership materials.
  • Liaise with internal units (e.g., Finance and Operations) to facilitate smooth execution of departmental activities and external events.
