The International Relations and Capital Mobilization Senior Associate supports the Fund’s efforts to strengthen relationships with international financial institutions (IFIs) and investors, expand strategic partnerships and mobilize capital aligned with the Fund’s mandate. The role contributes to investor outreach and communications, development of fundraising tools, and preparation of transaction and governance documentation, while supporting oversight of the Fund’s financing activities and capital markets interfaces.
The Debt Financing Senior Associate is responsible for undertaking all tasks related to and understands all aspects of debt and other structured credit and hybrid investments development and implementation, including project origination, deal structuring and execution, implementation and monitoring, for all types of debt financing instruments offered by the TIF pursuant to its mandate, vision and mission.
The Equity Investment Senior Associate is responsible for undertaking all tasks related to and understands all aspects of equity and other hybrid investments development and implementation, including project origination, deal structuring and execution, implementation and monitoring, for all types of equity and other hybrid investments instruments offered by the TIF pursuant to its mandate, vision and mission.
The Senior Risk Associate will be a core member of the Risk Management Department, a second line of defense function with responsibility for the management of financial and non-financial risks, including ESG risks. The Risk Management Department provides independent risk assessments of all financing and investment proposals and ensures that risk-taking activities align with the Fund’s mandate, risk appetite, and international standards.
The Meeting Support Associate handles the record keeping of the resolutions, correspondence, and documentation of the governing bodies of the Fund, including the Board of Governors, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and the Management Committees. Moreover, the role will be responsible for performing legal duties assigned by the General Legal Counsel.
The Financial Operations Senior Associate is responsible for secure, accurate, and timely execution of the Fund’s day-to-day banking, payments, treasury settlements, liquidity movement, SWIFT connectivity/traffic, and cash-management activities. The role safeguards operational controls, maintains compliance with internal policies and external requirements, and provides high-quality service to internal stakeholders and banking counterparts.
