The Reporting Senior Associate is responsible for the accurate, timely, and policy-compliant preparation of internal and external financial reports, management information packs, IFRS-aligned disclosures, analytical dashboards, and periodic submissions required by governance bodies, donors, regulators, and auditors. The role ensures that financial information is complete, consistent, and supported by adequate documentation and reconciliations, thereby safeguarding the reliability of the Fund’s financial data.
The Senior Legal Counsel provides legal advice to ensure TIF operates within its charter, mandates, and applicable legal frameworks. The role encompasses advising in all legal matters affecting TIF’s investment operations, corporate governance, dispute resolution, ethics and compliance, risk mitigation, and institutional law.
