The Executive Support and Protocol Associate provides: I) high-level administrative support to the Executive Management team of the TIF (comprising of the General Director - GD, Chief Financial Officer - CFO, Chief Investment Officer - CIO and Chief Legal and Operations Officer - CLOO) acting as the key supportive force who empowers our Executive Management and ensures smooth operation of daily activities, and II) manages and executes formal procedures, ceremonies, and diplomatic engagements ensuring all events, meetings, and interactions adhere to established protocol standards, reflecting the organization's professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Working closely with Executive Management and all department heads, the Coordinator ensures that operational systems, resources, and services are aligned with the Fund’s mission and governance framework. The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination skills, and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure that all support functions operate efficiently, meet institutional needs, and uphold the Fund’s standards of professionalism and service excellence.
The Compliance Senior Associate plays a vital role in safeguarding the Fund’s institutional integrity and ensuring that all activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and international standards. As the sole compliance specialist within the organization, the Senior Associate is responsible for implementing and monitoring the Fund’s compliance framework, identifying and mitigating regulatory risks, and ensuring adherence to internal governance, KYC rules, anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) sanctions, and ethical conduct standards.
